At RapidMedico, we respect your right to be forgotten. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and the erasure or anonymization of your personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Directly Inside the Mobile App (Instant)

Open the RapidMedico app → Go to Profile → Select Privacy & Data → Tap Delete Account. Confirm your registered mobile number and reason. Your account will immediately be deactivated.

Via Email Request

Send an email from your registered email address to rapidmedico10@gmail.com with your registered mobile number. Our privacy team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Permanently Erased / Anonymized:

Your name, profile photo, and password/PIN
Saved delivery addresses and GPS home markers
Uploaded prescriptions and pill schedules
Push notification tokens and device IDs
Promotional and marketing subscriptions

Retained for Statutory Compliance:

Tax invoices (up to 8 years under GST laws)
Dispensing audit records (3 years under Drug Rules)
Fraud/chargeback logs (up to 90 days)
Regulatory dispute logs as mandated by law
