RapidMedico – Pharmacy Partner Terms & Conditions#
Effective date: 2026-10-29 | Version: 1.0
1. Scope and Preamble#
1.1 These Pharmacy Partner Terms and Conditions ("Partner Terms") govern the registration, onboarding, and operational relationship between RAPIDMEDICO LLP (LLPIN ADC-0032, GSTIN 08ABOFR5960R1Z1, registered office at Ward No. 01, Sujangarh Bypass Road, Salasar, Salasar, Sujangarh, Churu- 331506, Rajasthan, India, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India) ("RapidMedico", "we", "us") and independent, licensed retail chemists ("Pharmacy Partner", "you").
1.2 By registering on the RapidMedico Pharmacy Partner application or website, submitting KYC documentation, and accepting medicine fulfillment requests, you agree to comply with these Partner Terms.
2. Regulatory Compliance and Licensing#
2.1 Valid Drug Licence: You represent and warrant that you hold valid and subsisting retail drug licences (including Form 20 and Form 21 under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945) and a valid GSTIN registration. You must submit copies of these licences during onboarding and notify RapidMedico immediately upon any renewal, suspension, or cancellation.
2.2 Registered Pharmacist Supervision: All orders containing prescription medications must be physically inspected, compounded (where applicable), and dispensed under the personal supervision of a Registered Pharmacist whose registration with the State Pharmacy Council is active.
2.3 Prescription Verification: The Pharmacy Partner is legally responsible for verifying the authenticity, validity, and completeness of prescriptions forwarded via the Platform before dispensing Schedule H, H1, or X drugs.
3. Order Fulfillment and Packaging Standards#
3.1 Order Acceptance: Orders routed to your pharmacy must be reviewed and accepted or declined within the designated response window (typically within 3 to 5 minutes) to maintain the platform's delivery commitment.
3.2 Product Quality and Expiry: You warrant that all medicines dispensed are genuine, sourced from licensed distributors/manufacturers, stored under proper conditions, and have a remaining shelf life of at least 3 months (unless explicitly communicated and accepted for short-course acute treatments).
3.3 Cold-Chain Protocols: Biological products, vaccines, and insulin requiring 2°C–8°C storage must be packed with pre-chilled ice packs in insulated pouches before handover to the Delivery Partner.
3.4 Tamper-Evident Packaging: Every order must be packed in a securely sealed, tamper-evident bag bearing a unique order barcode or invoice seal.
4. Privacy by Design and Data Protection#
4.1 Customer Data Anonymization: In strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and RapidMedico's privacy-by-design architecture:
- Pharmacy screens and portals will never display the customer's phone number, email address, payment details, or full residential address.
- You will receive only the items, quantities, customer first name/identifier, and uploaded prescription necessary for statutory dispensing.
4.2 No Direct Contact or Off-Platform Solicitation: You agree not to attempt to discover the customer's direct contact details, solicit customers off the Platform, or include marketing flyers, promotional cards, or off-platform contact numbers inside customer order packages.
5. Pricing, Invoicing, and Commercials#
5.1 MRP Compliance: Medicines and healthcare goods must be billed at or below the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the manufacturer's packaging. Under no circumstances may an order be charged higher than MRP.
5.2 Tax Invoices: The Pharmacy Partner is the seller of the medicines under Indian tax and drug laws and is solely responsible for generating a valid GST tax invoice for every order. The invoice must clearly display your drug licence number, GSTIN, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
5.3 Settlement and Payouts: RapidMedico will remit payouts for fulfilled orders, minus agreed technology facilitation fees and applicable TDS/TCS, directly to your verified bank account on a periodic settlement cycle (e.g., T+2 business days).
6. Suspension and Termination#
RapidMedico may suspend or terminate your pharmacy account immediately if:
- Your drug licence or GST registration expires, is cancelled, or is revoked by authorities;
- You dispense banned, counterfeit, substandard, or expired medications;
- You breach customer privacy rules or attempt off-platform solicitation;
